Reply to this message by replying to this email -or- go to the message on Community If none check for "Unknown Device" and post the HARDWARE ID to see what hardware driver you actually need. Go to Device Manager and see if there are any errors or yellow exclamation marks. What you are looking at are drivers for the Ryzen Master program and not the processor. The driver is for the Graphics part of the Processor and not the processor itself. The only Processors that requires drivers are the processors that have Integrated Graphics built into them (APU). Windows supplies a Special native driver for the CPUs.
